Policy On Custom Content

Customization Upload Guidelines (Read Before Submitting)

We love custom designs — but to keep things fair, legal, and safe for everyone, there are a few types of content we can’t print or produce. By submitting a customization, you agree that you have the right to use the content you upload.

✅ Allowed

You may submit:

  • Your name, nickname, or custom text

  • Original artwork you created

  • Photos you took, or photos you have permission to use

  • Simple graphics, patterns, icons, and non-branded designs


🚫 Not Allowed (We Will Reject These)

1) Copyrighted characters, shows, or artwork you don’t own

Examples include (but aren’t limited to):
Disney, Pokémon, Sanrio, Nintendo, anime screenshots, album covers, fan art you didn’t create, or artwork found online.

2) Logos or trademarks owned by brands or organizations

Examples: Nike, Apple, Supreme, car logos, sports team logos, school logos, company branding, etc.

3) Real people’s faces or likeness without written permission

This includes celebrities, influencers, politicians, and private individuals.
If it’s a real person, we may require proof that you have permission to use their image.

4) Hate symbols, extremist content, or discriminatory language

We do not allow hate imagery, racist content, extremist symbols, or harassment of any group.

5) Sexual content that is explicit or involves minors (zero tolerance)

We do not allow explicit sexual imagery or content involving minors in any form.

6) Threats, harassment, or violent content

This includes targeted insults, threats, violent messaging, or content encouraging harm.

7) Government seals, official insignia, or impersonation content

Examples: police badges, “official” government seals, fake certifications, or anything that implies government approval.

8) Illegal or harmful content

Examples: instructions for illegal activity, scams, doxxing (addresses/phone numbers), or anything meant to intimidate or deceive.


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse any customization that violates these guidelines.

  • If your design can’t be accepted, we may request a replacement design or offer a cancellation/refund.

  • Submitting a design means you confirm you have the rights and permission to use it.
